The integrated blowing process is one of the most sophisticated in the industry of processing PET resins into packaging. Injection and blowing are performed on the same equipment, which ensures great appearance, perfect finishing without burrs and excellent dimensional control in bottleneck formation. There is no need for a second or third operation. After this process, the bottle is ready to be filled.

 

This process makes it possible to work with different weights, shapes (package design) and nozzles, according to the customer’s needs.

Valgroup has pioneered the approval of PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) resin for food contact by ANVISA and, internationally, it is approved by the FDA (USA) and Fraunhofer Institute (Germany).
