What is Valtrac?

VALTRAC® is the complete solution for real-time monitoring of the pallet wrapping process. Through a computer or mobile device, the customer can check data and analyze performance thanks to the IoT and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) technologies present in the system. All on a platform with easy navigation and the highest level of data security.

VALTRAC® has advanced analysis capabilities, performing an intelligent classification of the involved pallets and providing the user with the total film consumption per plant, per line or per pallet; as well as the number of pallets involved outside the specified standard.

Any incorrect wrapping automatically generates an alert to the user, indicating that the wrapped pallet is out of proper application parameters, thus enabling a quick adjustment in the process.

Maximizing Results

Diagnosis

The inItial phase of the project, aims to evaluate the packaging lines of our customers, delivering a complete report containing operation conditions, application parameters and film consumption of the wrapping machines. Fundamental step for the development of the VALTRAC solution.

Development of the Optimized Application

Through our LTC, in this phase we perform the creation of an optimized film application for pallets, selecting the ideal film and wrapping parameters for the conditions evaluated during the diagnostic. All scientifically validated through application tests and transport simulation!

Implementation

With the application developed, we began to implement it in the wrapping lines. With great know-how in the packaging processes, we replicated in the machines all the parameters defined during the optimization phase, delivering greater efficiency and load safety, starting from the first visit.

Monitoring

By installing the VALTRAC Kit in the wrapping machines, we provide our customers with total control of the wrapping process, increasing its consistency, ensuring the maintenance of all gains in efficiency and safety delivered during the implementation, and eliminating the manual notes made by the operation.

Produced by our Machines unit, the HP88 VALTRAC is the most efficient wrapping machine for the end-of-line. It allows the creation of standardized recipes for each pallet type, assuring Film Consumption Efficiency, Optimized Line Performance, Consistent Application and Online Monitoring during the entire production process.

Provided with a robust and compact structure, with high durability and an easy-to-operate touchscreen panel, HO88 can be used to wrap any kind of pallet. Through its intelligent application system, with stretching up to 300% and memory with up to 10 recipes, it is possible to achieve low film consumption levels and high load stability.

VALTRAC Portable® allows the monitoring of any wrapping machine, whether it is platform, arm or slewing ring.

From the installation of a set of measuring sensors and a wireless acquisition device, all relevant data from the wrapping process are available for real-time observation via the VALTRAC® portal. Whether your line is new or old.
