The “Snap-on Flip Top” cap is the lightest in the market for non-carbonated drinks and it weighs only 1.2g. It is ideal for a range of products such as water, juices, and dairy beverages.<\/p>\n
In addition to the approximate 20% reduction in the cap’s weight, when comparing it to the lighter options available, the bottle’s neck is also significantly lighter, with an approximate reduction of 65% (in weight, from 3.81g to 1.28g). The “snap-on” application system also offers greater efficiency than threaded caps, resulting in productivity benefits in the bottling line.<\/p>\n
