Digital Printing Valgroup connects brands and consumers
07/10/2025With personalization and agility, Valgroup transformed a concept into a market reality in less than 30 days
Valgroup, a reference in the production, transformation, and recycling of plastics, carried out, in partnership with MBRF, an innovative project that reinforces the power of personalization at scale.
Sadia, one of the company’s brands, launched Pop Burger with limited-edition packaging personalized with the most popular consumer names by generation in Brazil. Produced in BOPP, the product packages gained even more value with the strategic use of digital printing.
“83 names were selected for the campaign. We needed a partner who could produce the special packaging on a large scale, quickly, and with quality. Valgroup delivered this, and we are very satisfied with the result,”, said Luciana Bülau, Sadia’s Executive Marketing Manager.
HP Indigo technology made it possible to generate hundreds of name variations on packaging in a single print run, without the need for additional processes, resulting in highly personalized and agile production.
In addition to personalization, another highlight is the speed of the project. From concept to final delivery to the market, the timeframe was less than 30 days—a clear example of how digital printing accelerates and expands communication possibilities for major brands.
“Transforming packaging into brand experiences is what makes digital printing so powerful. In the project with Sadia, we combined agility and personalization to show that packaging can also generate direct consumer impact,” highlighted Marcus Correa, the facility’s Sales Manager.
With this initiative, Valgroup reaffirms its commitment to supporting brands in creating solutions that combine performance, innovation, and direct impact in connecting with the end consumer.
